At Nexivo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and confident in your order. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be accepted, the eligibility requirements that apply, and how the return process works from start to finish.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable
- Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
2. RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order to be considered eligible. Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accepted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return

4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email as soon as possible.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part that directly affects the order.
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@nexivo.com with your order details.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by Nexivo during order fulfillment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue promptly and ensure a proper resolution.
8. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
